The Services are operated by PT Orico Teknologi Cerdas, Gold Coast Office Eiffel Tower, Level 12, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta 14470, Indonesia. PT Orico Teknologi Cerdas is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information we need to provide and improve the Services. This includes:

• Account information: your name, email address and password when you register with email. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to us.
• Sign-in with Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not receive your Google password.
• Content you submit: ratings, reviews and comments you post about skills and connectors, and any feedback you send us.
• Waitlist and communications: the email address you provide to be notified when a service launches, and the content of emails you send to us.
• Payment information: when paid services become available, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of your card, but we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and usage information: information your browser or device sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit.
• Preferences stored on your device: settings such as your light or dark theme preference and your signed-in status, stored in your browser’s local storage.

Our token optimization service is not yet available. Because that service will process prompts and files that you send to your AI tools, we will publish detailed information about what is processed, how long it is retained, where it is processed and which providers are involved before the service launches. We will not process prompts or files through that service until that information has been made available to you.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide the Services, including creating and maintaining your account and displaying your reviews.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To notify you when a service you signed up for becomes available, and to respond to your enquiries.
• To process payments and send transactional messages, such as receipts, when paid services are available.
• To maintain, analyse and improve the Services, including diagnosing technical problems and understanding how features are used.
• To moderate content and to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We will not use your personal information to send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following: the performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with companies that provide services to us, such as website hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. These providers may use personal information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it.
• Public content: your display name, ratings and reviews are visible to other visitors of the Services.
• Third-party sign-in: when you sign in with Google, Google processes your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful request from a public authority.
• Protection of rights: when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to your information.

Skills and connectors listed on the Services are created and maintained by third parties. When you install or use a skill or connector, or connect it to another account, information is exchanged directly between you, your AI tool and that third party. That processing is governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policy, not by this Privacy Policy. Please review them before installing or granting access to any account.

We and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the one in which you live, including Indonesia, the United States, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps required by applicable law to ensure that it receives a comparable standard of protection, such as contractual commitments with the recipient.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Account information is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Waitlist email addresses are kept until the relevant service launches or until you ask us to remove them.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and the hashing of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal information:

• To access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• To correct personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• To request deletion of your personal information.
• To object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• To request that we transfer your personal information to another service, where technically feasible.
• Not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@prompterhub.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf where the law permits. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Residents of certain US states, including California, have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use them and the categories of recipients, as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

As a company established in Indonesia, PT Orico Teknologi Cerdas processes personal information in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. If you are in Japan, Taiwan or Singapore, we also handle your personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan), the Personal Data Protection Act (Taiwan) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) respectively. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use your browser’s local storage and, where necessary, cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences such as your theme, and keep the Services secure. These are strictly necessary for the Services to work. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings, although some features may then stop working as expected.

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Services, before they take effect.
